Spicy, to be sure, but with a decent sweetness and smell. A polite sake. But this is not the kind of dry sake I like.
Sake shop in front of Nishikoyama Station
Delicious! They are distributed only in Fukushima prefecture. Get it on your trip to Fukushima! A cup of sake at the inn!
Sake brewery in front of Tsurugajo Castle
Sake with strong bitterness and umami. However, as with dry sake, it does not leave a lingering aftertaste. It is hard to feel the sake smell because of the bitterness, and it is easier to feel the umami than water, but that too while it is in the mouth.
Whether or not it is easy to recommend to others, it is my favorite!
Iwate Bussan in Ginza
It has sweetness, bitterness, acidity, and a dry, firm finish. The name of the sake suggests that it also smells of apples. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste, but it is delicious!
