Business trip to Tottori Prefecture I was surprised at the high level of some of the local sake 🫢. This sake in particular was well-balanced and delicious👍 It was easy to drink with a slightly sweet and gentle taste! It was a long train ride, but we had a great time in the ministry! Tottori is a great place!

Finally, business trip ban✈️! Hokkaido fair at Haneda airport. I bought it at the fair! Gohyakumangoku🌾 It has a soft taste and is easy to drink! Everyone will love it ⤴️. This may be the first time I've ever had sake from Hokkaido! It was delicious. I just wish things would go back to the way they were.

I haven't posted in a very long time (LOL) My friend who lives in Tokyo gave me a commemorative sake for the Yakult Swallows victory! The mizuhiki is very stylish. It's called Junmai Daiginjo, but it doesn't look like Junmai. Congratulations to all the Yakult fans out there!

I chose Omachi Jun Gin for my post-bath drink 🌾 Colorless and clear, with a hint of semedyne. When you try it, you will be surprised to find out that it is very heavy! At 16 degrees it has a strong personality 😸 Today I took a nap and rested a lot😴. Blissful time at night! It was a happy day, mal‼️.

Sake from Kumamoto Prefecture that I bought in Fukuoka Prefecture a few weeks ago. It's confusing😁. It is called "Gin no Sato" of the natural farming method! It is slightly milky white! It is fresh as it should be! The balance of sweetness and bitterness is good, it was an impulse purchase, but it was a good decision I haven't had time to enjoy sake for a while, but a change of scenery is important! With a drink and a cat by my side You have to enjoy life😸

It is Yamada Nishiki, direct drawing raw sake. The aroma is mild. In the mouth, it has a tangy spiciness followed by a delicious rice flavor. It's a great way to relax and enjoy the scenery of the countryside with red dragonflies flying around... I'm not a fan of this kind of thing, but I do like it.

The aroma is dairy, and when you drink it, it's just the right amount of sweetness, and it's much easier to cut than I thought it would be. No, it's delicious, 😸.
