Business trip to Tottori Prefecture
I was surprised at the high level of some of the local sake 🫢.
This sake in particular was well-balanced and delicious👍
It was easy to drink with a slightly sweet and gentle taste!
It was a long train ride, but we had a great time in the ministry!
Tottori is a great place!
