This is my first bottle of Tenpyo.
The mouthfeel is clear and gentle, with a slight liveliness.
As you drink it, the Aizan-like aroma spreads elegantly.
Finishes with a crisp finish.
Aizan gives the impression of being a strong aromatic sake, but this sake is elegant and well put together.

今回は亀の尾をいただきました
口に含んだ瞬間は生酛かな？と思うほどすっきりした酸味を感じます。
口当たりはなめらかで、徐々に米のうまみとフルーティな味わいが広がっていきます。
にも関わらずもたっとした余韻はなく、すっきりとしたキレ。
