Opened August 21, 2024 Purchased after tasting at Kanamachi Sake Ai It retains a fresh, young taste, but due to the original spiciness of the sake, it is not at all cloying and quite refreshing ^ ^. The aroma is not that strong, so it doesn't interfere with food. ☺️ Dangerous sake that can be drunk easily and smoothly.

Opened August 15, 2024 Purchased at the brewery Very smooth, yet somehow juicy🍊. It has a gentle sweetness, but it also tastes like traditional sake... It's a good sake with history and novelty in the same bottle. It's a good sake to drink with food or in the evening 🍶.

It's so good! ❗️ It's a junmai daiginjo, that's all I can say, but it's mellow but not peculiar, well-balanced and honorable ^ ^. Personally, I'd like to drink it slowly with a glass of wine in the evening. ☺️
