Opened August 6, 2025 Purchased at Sake no Akiyama With a rice polishing ratio of 70, I expected a full-bodied flavor range 😚. Oh, sharper than expected ^ ^ but soon full-bodied graininess 🌾. Slightly acidic and warm overall^ Good sake 🍶.

Opened August 3, 2025 Purchased at Sake no Akiyama Wow, this one is also very soft 😚, each drop has a concentrated flavor component 😝. It's hard to describe, but it's almost like peach or apricot 🍑. It's quite full-bodied ^ ^. As expected of Shuhou 🦆.

Hi Kazuki 🐦. I recently drank the same one! It's delicious with a strong flavor 🐩❣️ it looks like Jungin, but when I googled it, it seems to be as polished as Jun-Dai 😳 I was surprised at how good it is for the cost 😊.

Opened July 19, 2025 Purchased at Yoshiya. Hmmm, stable brand 😁. At first, I thought, Huh? I don't even taste it, maybe because of its spiciness.... But then the sweetness hit me 😊. At the same time, the fermentation sizzle comes in, and finally, the bitter taste finishes it off ^ ^. It's a fun sake like fireworks in summer 🎇.

Opened July 12, 2025 Purchased at Sake no Akiyama Purchased at Nerima-ku PAYPAY 10% CP w Rich and mellow! Sweet, spicy, acidic, bitter, and umami 🤣. A faint aroma of fermentation is also present. The whole sake is very strong and you can enjoy it a lot with a small amount 😁It's for evening drinking. ❗️

Opened June 28, 2025 a gift from a friend of mine A very high quality sake🍶 that is well known in the industry. This is a new sake from a new brewery in Toyama. Assemblage: ‼️ It's very smooth. It's like nothing I've ever had before 😍😍😍. The top is mainly acidic, but soon a soft graininess envelopes the whole thing like a tailwind ^ ^. Very harmonious and stable flavor. I couldn't find it in Toyama, but I didn't know it was in Shibuya 😂😂😂.

Opened June 7, 2025 Hometown #3. This is soooo good 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆 I thought it was going to be spicy because it's a Tokujun. I thought it would be spicy because it's "Tokujun", but it's so fruity you'd think it was Jungin 🍊 Is it really "Tokujun"? 😄😄 This is definitely for evening drinking ^ ^ ^. Somasa is really good ☺️
