Opened June 4, 2025 Purchased after tasting at the brewery Good taste! The freshness that is typical of nama-shu appears, but it is subtly restrained and rounded 😄. Fruity fermentation with a hint of acidity like yogurt ^ ^. The brand name seems to be the name of the person who grew the rice for this sake. The handwriting is said to be by the person himself! Local production for local consumption🌾.

Opened June 2, 2025 Purchased at the warehouse. Very clean sales floor, but they didn't let me taste it... Sake is smooth but sharp at the end! It's soft, so it's also a food sake 😆. Like a tortoiseshell candy ^ ^. For a calm night 🌉.

Opened on May 31, 2025 Purchased after tasting at the brewery Very dark ❗️ It's 19 degrees of sake! Acidity, sweetness, and spiciness are all at their highest level. But it is very round ^ ^. It's very soft and smooth 🤣. It's good to drink it in small sips for dinner ^ ^.

Commemorative sake for the 100th check-in 💯🎉 in Nagano: ❗️ Today we had a good thing, so this is a special sake made with Yaehara rice: ☺️☺️ Very mellow🩷! Melts in your mouth! Nandoro🥰 finest ^ ^. With the addition of a refreshing citrus-like acidity, this is, after all, a sake to drink at the right time 🍶.

The water is good, very gentle and full flavored 🥰Mega rice aroma mellow ^ ^ ^. It has the capacity to wrap you up in a moist body! Yummiesu😋!

Archives re-update January 5: Drinking at an inn on vacation. The aroma is a bit of takuan-like juku-jyuku aroma, and the color is slightly yellow. Mild rice sweetness and deep richness. Disappears in the back of the throat, leaving a tingling sensation of alcohol. The flavor seeps in with each successive sip.

Archives re-update Purchased at the brewery during a trip to Takayama on January 7, Hidahomare 100%. The aroma is very fragrant ginjo aroma. Smooth and soft. Spicier than expected, not as sweet as the aroma. Long aftertaste ^_^ At the end of the day.

It spreads slowly in the mouth, a nostalgic sensation like a Chitose candy ^ ^. It's a cozy sake that soothes and heals you after a stressful day at work. ☺️☺️☺️

Opened on May 10, 2025 Purchased after tasting at the brewery I had a talk with the president ^ ^. He told me that they received the brand name from Munakata Taisha. Very fresh🥤 cider? Freshness, acidity, and bitterness at the end, typical of nama-zake ^ ^. It's junmai, but I wonder if it would be good for evening drinks ^ ^ I wonder if white fish would go well with it 🐟.
