As soon as I peeled off the metal part of the stopper, as the warning tag said, the stopper popped and bubbles flew out ....................... When I put it in my mouth, I felt a strong acidity and carbonation. When I first drank it, I thought it might be sparkling wine, but after about a week, the carbonation calmed down and the acidity became more pronounced. I didn't notice it when the carbonation was strong, but the bitter aftertaste is so intense that it tastes as if I bit into a lemon or grapefruit. Shin Takatsukichiyo had a great sourness, but it may be just as sour or even more so. At least the lemon flavor is stronger in this one! If someone told me it was a lemon sour and served it to me, I wouldn't recognize it... but with 14 degrees of alcohol, I'd be scared ... . LOL!

Refreshingly sweet and gassy, like a rummy. The aftertaste is refreshing and wonderfully clean without any sourness, alcoholiness, bitterness, etc. that might cut through the sweetness. It was also strange that the taste did not change even at room temperature, but at any rate, it was a very tasty sake. I am also glad that the price is relatively reasonable!

■Top clarity. Juicy sweetness, acidity and gasiness like peaches. The first impression is a cool, refreshing sensation with a faint carbonation gas and an alcoholic aroma. After that, the aroma of alcohol continues, and the impression is of a faint sweetness and sourness that wears off. Perhaps because it is a Misato Nishiki, the sweetness is moderate like the previously mentioned Mikawa Bushis, so it seems to be easy to match with food.

It is not as fruity as the nama-shu, but the sweetness is moderate and can be easily matched with food. It is also quite cosy, so I will probably buy it again as a stocking stuffer for everyday drinking.

Pear-like aroma and gentle sweetness. In the aftertaste, I felt a faint stimulation at a level that I am not sure if it was a gassy sensation or a tingling of alcohol. Compared to the regular Masamune, I got the impression that the sweetness and stimulation were gentler. It has an elegant taste, which is just as well because it is a bit more expensive.

I went to Tomiya to buy shochu for the first time in a while and bought some sake on the way. It seems to be a PB brand. It had a soft sweetness and acidity, a hint of ginjo aroma, and an alcoholic aroma, all in one. The body is rather heavy, but you don't feel it, and the taste is unique... . I would definitely like to try other sake with different specifications.

The aroma of alcohol lingers on the palate from the moment it enters the mouth all the way through to the lingering aftertaste, while the gentle sweetness and acidity are softly felt. It is dry, easy to drink, and priced at around 2,400 yen, so I have a feeling that it will become a high-cost sake that is as good as Kamerei!

Purchased at Sake Shop and Cafe Nakamuraya, a sake shop opened in Nishi-ku by Yata, a Japanese sake bar. There were quite a few classic, full-bodied brands, so maybe it's still too early for me ... . LOL! Room temperature It has a lactic aroma and acidity that is typical of Yamahai, with a soft sweetness that quickly fades away. I think it is similar to Mukai Tenjyo. Hot (55°C) The sweetness is boosted, but the alcoholic aroma is also increased, so it still has a good sharpness for its body. I still think this is the right level of sake quality for drinking hot sake.

It has a faint ginjo aroma and a hint of sweetness. The rest of the bottle is as easy to drink as water and disappears quickly. There is no bitterness, acidity, or alcohol taint. I was surprised that Eikoufuji could make a sake with such quality. The taste is reminiscent of Asamayama's big dry sake 😄.

I heard on a certain social networking site that Yamazan is delicious no matter what you drink, so I bought it. It has a gassy, peachy ginjo aroma and a gentle sweetness. The aftertaste is cut by sourness and bitterness. The aroma makes it look sweet, but in fact it is dry. I wonder if it is similar to Kangiku.... I would like to try other sake!

I saw JSP's video of Mr. Yamai, so I was inspired to buy it. lol When you put it in your mouth, it has a soft mouthfeel, a gentle sweetness that slowly fades away, and finally the aroma of alcohol. (No tingling sensation). I wonder if there is also some banana ginjo aroma. It is a sake that really soaks in. I really like it and the cost is great.

It was mixed with other flavors and I couldn't really tell, but I dare say it was melon ...? (Possibly pulled by the scent of alcohol).
