Gentle sweetness and sourness with a bitter aftertaste and a hint of alcohol. With only 13% alcohol by volume, it is light and easy to drink. I have only tasted low-priced Takasami, but I have the impression that there are many spicy and easy-to-drink products in their lineup.

I'm sorry I opened the bottle without reading the hanging instructions and not knowing that I had to first puncture the stopper to release the gas: 🙇🏻‍♂️ You're lucky it didn't spill ☺. ■Top Clarification. I didn't feel the gasiness as much as I was warned to open the bottle, and it seemed dry with a slight bitterness all the way through. Is this the one that tastes completely different when shaken ...? After shaking The gaseous sensation is not as strong as expected, and is only faintly felt ... . The bitterness I felt in the supernatant is not so much due to the effect of the lees, but it can be easily drunk without feeling it. The theory that nigori sake tastes better when shaken continues to hold true.

It's been a long time since I've had an instrumental Masamune. Compared to the previous one, it seems to have lost the rummy feeling and the aftertaste of alcohol stimulation has become gentler (the aroma comes in a fluffy way). Personally, I like the type of aftertaste that goes away quickly without relying on sourness or bitterness, so I think it is closer to my taste.

I bought my first bottle of Amezure, which I had not been able to get my hands on because it was the only sake in a price range that was exquisitely difficult for me personally to afford. The juicy sweetness and apple aroma came in a flash, just as the label said, and when I felt it was a little too sweet ........ Just when I felt it was a little too sweet, it was finished off with an exquisite bitterness. I'm curious about other sake, so I'll try them next time.

Purchased at Mitomiku Shuzo's warehouse opening. It has a very good balance of alcoholic aroma, acidity, a hint of sweetness, and alcoholic flavor, with some sweet wine-like nuances. I wonder if I should have bought this one in a bottle... LOL!

It has a soft sweetness followed by no bitterness or acidity, and a very clear daiginjo-like quality that disappears quickly and easily. I really like the taste. It's a great price and next time I buy it, I'll definitely buy it in a bottle!

It has a citrusy aroma and acidity like mandarin oranges, combined with just the right amount of sweetness and bitterness, it really tastes like mandarin oranges and has a nice finish that goes down smoothly. It has a complex flavor with the taste of ↑ as its base. Is it because it is a sake yeast yeast yeast? I also bought a bottle of Obuse Winery's wine (Chabudai Wine Merlot), and it was a delicious red wine with a strong oak aroma and heavy for its dark color.

To save money, we purchased 9 bottles of the most cost-effective "Sake Specialty Store Kagiya" in Osaka! It seems that Horiichi is only stocked once for a trial run and cannot be purchased again ....... The taste is the same as the last time I tried it, moderately modern and dry, with a taste that I never get tired of 🍶. I wonder if I can keep it for a month ... . I mean, Atago no Matsuri is going to be the No.1 check-in frequency with this purchase lol. (I plan to post no comments on future fresh and dry ones)

I actually bought two bottles when I went to buy it, and I checked in for the first one when the first one was available, so I will continue to record the second one as well! *Photographs are used throughout 😂. It's not as sour as the first bottle at all and has a faintly gassy taste. I was surprised to see such a difference in taste even though I bought two bottles from the same fridge!

I bought a pack of Kamo Nishiki, which seems to be a PB from Yamaya. It has a peachy aroma, moderate sweetness, and a bit of acidity, but it is modern and easy to drink. I'll take care of it when I'm short of money ... . The paper carton makes it easy to dispose of trash, which is also a high point!

The price was so low that I checked to see if I had not mistaken the price tag for a four-pack bottle. I bought it immediately because I thought I had seen it recommended on YouTube by Sakelabo. It has a subtle melon-like aroma, gentle sweetness and acidity, and a slight aftertaste of alcohol. I never thought there was anything better than Kamikimoto Dewanosato ... . ■Top Peach-like aroma and juicy sweetness. The aftertaste is cut by bitterness. The gasiness is not as strong as that of Black Label and is only faintly perceptible. After shaking The flavor is well balanced, but the aroma and bitterness are assertive. My impression is that the Black Label is a bit less dry and more fruity. Both are cheap and I like the taste, so I will buy them again next year!
