It is rare to taste alcohol at the beginning of a sake, or it may seem peculiar, but it is delicious and harmonizes nicely. ばんばんぶーIt has a full-bodied mouthfeel with a long aftertaste, with an aroma of alcohol, a little sweetness, and the delicious taste of rice.
It has been a while since I drank a classic heavy sake. Shinkai吟吹雪六號2021 ひしゃく酒(七里酒店 リニューアル5周年記念酒) ばんばんぶーI bought it because it seems to be a commemorative sake for the 5th anniversary of the renewal of a local liquor store.
It has a subtle sweetness, rice flavor, and acidity at the beginning, followed by alcohol taste and a lingering bitterness at the end.
The balance of the sweetness, rice flavor, and acidity that comes first is well balanced, and it goes into the body smoothly and deliciously. 雅Nice to meet you, Mr. Banbabu 🤗.

Shichisato-san is the closest sake shop to my house as far as strong sake shops go, but I prefer to go there when I have time to listen to the owner's stories 😅 I tend to go to Horiichi-san's main store more often. ばんばんぶーSweetness, grapefruit-like aroma, bitterness, and a hint of a squashy feeling.
I think this is the first time I've ever clearly smelled the grapefruit aroma.
I'm looking forward to this as it seems to be a revived brewery from my hometown in Aichi, which started full-scale production last year.
ばんばんぶーPineapple aroma, sweetness, and a slight sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste cut through the sweetness. The lingering taste of rice lingers in the aftertaste.
The label is cute.
The taste is completely different from that of the MIZUHIYASHIGO 4, which we drank the other day.
I prefer this one. ばんばんぶーThe slight aroma of rice that comes immediately after putting it in the mouth and the surprisingly sour taste that quickly fades away.
The acidity is as strong as that of the previous Shin Takatsuyo E-TYPE Kajo.
After leaving it at the front door for a couple of weeks, the acidity seems to have settled down and become more comfortable.
It is close to white wine and seems to go well with Western food. ばんばんぶーIt has a classic Yamahai-like aroma and strong acidity.
If it is too cold, the aroma and acidity of Yamahai are separated and not good.
