ばんばんぶーI went to Yamaya to buy some Kamonishiki Junmai Ginjo and Daiginjo, but they had more nigori, so I bought those.
My overall impression was that the Junmai Ginjo had become milky and the taste was more integrated and gentle.
In addition, it has a slight bitterness throughout, and I think it has a better sharpness.
Compared to the Junmai Ginjo, I think I prefer the taste of this one... ばんばんぶーI actually bought two bottles when I went to buy it, and I checked in for the first one when the first one was available, so I will continue to record the second one as well!

It's not as sour as the first bottle at all and has a faintly gassy taste.
I was surprised to see such a difference in taste even though I bought two bottles from the same fridge! ばんばんぶーI bought a pack of Kamo Nishiki, which seems to be a PB from Yamaya.
It has a peachy aroma, moderate sweetness, and a bit of acidity, but it is modern and easy to drink.
I'll take care of it when I'm short of money ... .
