I went to Yamaya to buy some Kamonishiki Junmai Ginjo and Daiginjo, but they had more nigori, so I bought those.
My overall impression was that the junmai ginjo had become milky and the taste was more integrated and gentle.
In addition, it has a slight bitterness throughout, which improves the sharpness.
Compared to the Junmai Ginjo, I think I prefer the taste of this one...
