This sake is also exclusive to Sakeya Otake🍶. This is the first time for me to try Oibari😤. The company name "Wakaba" seems to be the representative brand. I don't know this brewery at all. The first aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, there is a slight acidity, a moderate sweetness, and a bit of astringency. Maybe because it was freshly opened, the astringency was a bit noticeable, but it was delicious 🍶✨.

I had a glass of chilled sake, and it was easy to drink! It goes in and out quickly, so I think it is easy to drink even for those who have only recently started drinking sake. It has a similar flavor to Mimuro Cedar.
