The gentle sweetness, ginjo aroma, bitterness, and alcohol aroma come and go all at once. As the back label says, it was refined and light, but I didn't taste any Delicious apple ... . It was mixed with other flavors and I couldn't really tell, but I dare say it was melon ...? (Possibly pulled by the scent of alcohol).

A complete jacket purchase. Panda and bamboogarden got me. Peach? Pear? The aroma is fresh, like peach or pear, and the taste is soft but juicy sweet. The aroma of alcohol, bitterness, and gaseousness make it crispy, but the sweetness lingers. It is not so dry as to be super dry (=little sweetness), but it is delicious.

Room temperature Sourness that seems to come from lactic acid and a hint of ginjo aroma. It has a moderate sweetness, which is one of my favorite flavors in sake for hot sake. Hot sake (3:30, 200W, 60℃→50℃) The alcohol stimulation came to rise as soon as it hit my mouth because I warmed it too much, but otherwise the sweetness and acidity were just as good as when it was at room temperature. Next time, I would like to try a shorter microwave time.

I bought it because I was curious about the taste of the sweet image of Kouji and how it tasted like a big dry one. Well, the main reason is that it was a good price ... . Someday I hope to be able to buy sake without thinking about the cost! The mouthfeel is full of acidity and softly matured aroma. The lingering aftertaste is a little bitterness and gas, and then it ends.... But at the end, a little sweetness comes out and leaves a lingering aftertaste. It is indeed very dry! And it tastes like hiyaoroshi! Although it is quite different from the image I have of Koshi, the aging aroma is gentle, so it does not lose its modern flavor, and the dryness makes it easy to match with food.

In the mouth, a slight alcohol and gaseous sensation is felt, followed by a pleasant sweetness and acidity that quickly disappears. At 12.5% alcohol by volume, it is quite low in alcohol content, but it has a strong presence without being bland. I have had a non-nama sake Garakudai Hiyori before, and the differences are as follows. The ginjo aroma is weak. The sweetness is a little stronger. The only difference is that the sweetness is a little stronger.

I won a prize in a lottery at my favorite sake store and bought Jikin for the first time. It has a gentle sweetness, ginjo aroma, gasiness and bitterness, and a sharp aftertaste. I can't explain it well, but each flavor was simple but well expressed, and it was very delicious. I guess the brands that are popular in the world are delicious ... .

Full sweetness and a hint of ginjo aroma. A little gas in the aftertaste. It is strange that the ginjo aroma of the non-nama sake is more gorgeous. And before I knew it, Banshu Isshu Ikkyo became the brand I was drinking the most... There are many good priced sakes and they are easy to find.

I bought another brand from the same brewer because Tenmei was so good. I heard that Seishun Isei Seishun is an older brand than Tenmei. It has a soft sweetness, a delicious rice flavor, and a hint of sourness in the mouth. At room temperature, you can smell a little bit of alcohol, but it does not bother me at all when the sake is served cold. Compared to Tenmei, I felt that this sake is more unpretentious, or rather, it has a quality of a sake that I would like to drink slowly with my evening drinks. However, it is still a beautiful sake that I like, and it is still delicious.

The toji's name was the same as my cousin's, so I brought a bottle to a family drinking party with a story. Even though it was just a packet, the price was pretty good, and it tasted great. The taste is so beautiful that you would think it was a Junmai Daiginjo. It has a gentle sweetness and ginjo aroma. The aftertaste is tightened up with a slight tangy alcohol.

Gorgeous pear-like aroma, slightly strong sweetness and a hint of acidity. The lingering aroma and sweetness are long, but not too sweet, and the fade-out is exquisite. The other grade (Junmai Ginjo, I think?) is also a must-try next year. I would definitely like to drink the other grade (Junmai Ginjo?) next year.

Room temperature Aroma and acidity seem to be derived from lactic acid. Although it has a sake degree of +10.4, it is soft and not stimulated by alcohol. However, the sweetness is not so strong. It is delicious at room temperature. ................ No, personally, I think it might be better at room temperature. Hot sake (200W, 5 minutes, 50 degrees) I tried to heat it for 2.5 minutes like last time, but it only reached about 40 degrees. It's difficult to control the temperature of the warmed sake ........ The flavor was the same, with the same lactic-acid aroma and acidity. The aftertaste was a little tingling from the alcohol. The sweetness is a little strong, but it's probably the mildest sweetness I've ever had in a hot sake. It's delicious, but I'm not sure if the alcohol will stand up to the hot water.... I'm curious.

Celebrate the conquest of the 47 prefectures! And so the last one was Osaka. (Actually, I bought it a long time ago, but waited until the season of hot sake) ■At room temperature It has a slightly matured aroma and a soft sweetness and umami. I think I can drink it as it is, but I expect it will be even better if it is lukewarm. Hot (200W, 2.5 minutes, 50 degrees) I know it seems like a bad idea to use a microwave to heat up sake, but it's not so bad if you heat it up at a low wattage ... I hope. I hope so.... The aging aroma is mellowed, and sweetness and umami rush in. However, the original quality of the sake is not lost and the gentle taste is maintained, and the aftertaste is refreshing. When it cools down this much, it is very nice to have it hot.

Aladdin. I finally found a bottle of Osaka sake that my local liquor store didn't carry at all 🙌 I used to boil it in hot water because I didn't think I could heat it up with a lentil wrench. I used to boil it in hot water because I thought I couldn't heat it up with a lentil or something, but once I got used to it, it was too easy to stop! LOL!

I also have a sake brewing vessel for boiling sake and a hot water dispenser that heats the sake cup directly, but it's too time-consuming to take it out and put it away for drinking by myself ... . Room temperature It has a lactic acid-derived acidity like that of Yamahai, and a gentle sweetness. There is a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste, and the lingering taste disappears gently and smoothly. Hot sake The acidity has completely disappeared and the sweetness and umami become stronger. However, the sweetness is gentler than most brands suitable for hot sake. I'm not a big fan of hot sake, but I think I like this one. The price is very reasonable, and I'd be happy to buy a bottle next time.

As soon as you take a sip, you feel a fresh sweetness that seems to have a ginjo aroma, but then you feel a dusty old aroma, and then the sweetness comes again... . The taste is far from what the label says, so it has probably deteriorated ... . I bought another bottle without looking at the filling date because it was the year of the dragon... ... It's a pity, because it would have tasted even better if I had drunk it at the right time.

Calpis soda for adults part2. Carbonated, milky, juicy, sweet and sour. A slight bitterness comes in afterwards and wears off quickly. The carbonation is so strong that when the bottle is opened, the cork flies off like sparkling wine. I thought it would be more acidic, but it is easy to drink and delicious.
