I was drinking it so heavily for a while that I thought I had already posted it and threw away the bottle without taking a picture, but it was my first time posting it. The aroma is more classic than that of the raw sake, but the taste is clear and the alcohol finishes off the aftertaste. It is a stable, super-cosy dry sake.

I bought it without a second thought after watching the video of Sakelabo's visit to Imanishi Sake Brewery. (I couldn't buy Bodai Gen due to budget constraints, so I started with the standard Junmai sake ...) The taste was a true reflection of what Mr. Imanishi says, "I have faith in doing the right thing no matter how much work it takes. The gentle sweetness came in quickly and seemed to disappear before you knew it, but the slight aftertaste gave off the aroma of alcohol and made you feel the dryness, and it was clear to the end. It's so good, I want to drink it again ... . 🍶

After the initial impression of gentle sweetness, bitterness, a hint of gas, an alcoholic aroma, and sourness all come at once in a flash, and then quickly disappear. When cold, the sweetness and acidity seemed to increase in the aftertaste, but as it approached room temperature, the sweetness and acidity settled down, and the sense of unity and sharpness of the lingering aftertaste increased. Compared to Hwangsuisen, I felt a stronger assertiveness of flavor, but it was not heavy, and the impression of clarity remained the same.

My oldest son interrupted me when I was taking pictures today, so the back label is a two-shot of me and my oldest son lol. The refreshing sweetness and gassy taste give it a mature cider feel, but the bitterness gives it a tight aftertaste that makes it easy to drink.

Cold sake The flavor and acidity are typical of Yamahai sake, with a lactic acid origin, a firm sweetness and rice flavor, and a solid body that is hard to believe at 13%. Lukewarm (44°C) The brewer recommends lukewarm heating, so we had it lukewarm as well. The acidity and alcoholic aroma are amplified, and for some reason, the flavor comes together nicely, making the sake refreshing. I see that this sake is made to be at its best at this temperature range.... Sake is a very deep drink.

After the juicy sweetness and apple-like aroma and sourness, the bitter taste that is typical of Kangiku finishes it off nicely. I felt it was too sweet for a chrysanthemum, but not so sweet as to be overpowering. Nevertheless, it's a stable cost effective sake, and Kangiku (and Banshu Ikken) especially offer limited edition sake at a good price in every season, which I really appreciate as a person who has a small allowance ... . I will continue to be a regular customer 🙏.

Juicy peachy aroma and sweetness. This is followed by an alcoholic aroma and sourness, which is followed by a pineapple-like flavor. The sweetness is relatively strong, but the acidity and alcohol in the aftertaste keep it from being too sweet, which is a good balance. The price of less than 3,000 yen is also very reasonable.

I asked the store owner for a sake that goes well with yakiniku, and this is what he came up with. I had a hard time deciding between a lion and a cheetah, so I bought this one. It's a sake for meat, so I guess I'm a carnivore, lol. When you put it in your mouth, it has a gentle sweetness, followed by sourness and a hint of alcohol, just like a sweet white wine. The aftertaste is robust, with a flavor of rice and lactic acid bacteria. The balance of the strong acidity and the wine's smooth disappearance is irresistible. I will buy Lion next time....

It has a subtle peachy aroma and a gentle sweetness. Although there is a faint scent of alcohol in the aftertaste, it is hard to believe that it is 70% polished rice, as it disappears smoothly. Also, perhaps because it is a draft sake, there is a slight gassy feeling in the aftertaste. It is also a great value at 2,420 yen. I am sure I will be a repeat customer!

I've heard that Takeyoshi is one of the brands I've been wanting to drink, even though it's a total jack-in-the-box. It has a pear-like melon aroma, juicy sweetness, a gassy feeling, and a bitter aftertaste that is melon-like and generally sweet and juicy, but strangely not too sweet and I thought it must be a perfect balance.

Gentle sweetness and an assertive acidity compared to the sweetness. Later, the aroma of alcohol comes in with a twang, and it feels like it is cut off. Throughout the whole bottle, a sense of maturity is felt. I can also taste the flavor of the rice. The reasonable price is also a plus.

I went to my first liquor store on my way to the park where we had gone the day before to pick up something my child had left behind. The selection was not bad, but they were selling shochu at a pre-purchase price, so I probably won't go there again ... . LOL! The first taste was slightly sweet and sour. The aftertaste is cut off by the alcohol. In addition, you can taste the umami of rice throughout. It is like an orthodox dry sake. Delicious, but nothing special....

As soon as I peeled off the metal part of the stopper, as the warning tag said, the stopper popped and bubbles flew out ....................... When I put it in my mouth, I felt a strong acidity and carbonation. When I first drank it, I thought it might be sparkling wine, but after about a week, the carbonation calmed down and the acidity became more pronounced. I didn't notice it when the carbonation was strong, but the bitter aftertaste is so intense that it tastes as if I bit into a lemon or grapefruit. Shin Takatsukichiyo had a great sourness, but it may be just as sour or even more so. At least the lemon flavor is stronger in this one! If someone told me it was a lemon sour and served it to me, I wouldn't recognize it... but with 14 degrees of alcohol, I'd be scared ... . LOL!

Refreshingly sweet and gassy, like a rummy. The aftertaste is refreshing and wonderfully clean without any sourness, alcoholiness, bitterness, etc. that might cut through the sweetness. It was also strange that the taste did not change even at room temperature, but at any rate, it was a very tasty sake. I am also glad that the price is relatively reasonable!

■Top clarity. Juicy sweetness, acidity and gasiness like peaches. Thanks to the acidity, the aftertaste was not too sweet and cut off, and the taste was clear and well-balanced with no other flavors than sweetness and acidity. After mixing The taste became milky and cohesive, but there was almost no difference. I think I had some Yamamoto at the store, but I don't remember the taste at all, so I would like to try some of the other drinks.

The first impression is a cool, refreshing sensation with a faint carbonation gas and an alcoholic aroma. After that, the aroma of alcohol continues, and the impression is of a faint sweetness and sourness that wears off. Perhaps because it is a Misato Nishiki, the sweetness is moderate like the previously mentioned Mikawa Bushis, so it seems to be easy to match with food.

In the mouth, there is a faint aroma of alcohol, followed by a faint ginjo aroma and a gentle sweetness and acidity. It is not as fruity as the nama-shu, but the sweetness is moderate and can be easily matched with food. It is also quite cosy, so I will probably buy it again as a stocking stuffer for everyday drinking.
