I bought it at a local supermarket because it was cheap. Today's entrée was sashimi and tte-ni (AI recommended this combination for various reasons (laugh)). I bought this sake on the way back from a trip to Ikaho last month. My specialty, name-buying. The date has changed, but since it is the winter solstice and the anniversary of the moon, I consulted AI on pumpkins and sake, and he said sake was the way to go. As a result, it was a winner. I chilled it with natural cold air and it was just right. It is a mild and sweet sake with a mild mouthfeel, although it does not have a strong aroma. Even so, I liked the lingering aftertaste that is unique to sake. The well-known saying "you can drink it like water" was true. I would like to try other brands from this brewery, including this recommended one.

I told her I was going to have sashimi (more tuna) to go with my sake, and she recommended this one. I heard that this "brewed with isolated yeast" is rare. The aroma is unique and somewhat weak. The taste was dry, with a hint of sweetness from the rice at the end. It was worth the consultation and went well with sashimi. The reason this was recommended to me may have been due to the influence of the brewery by chance, but I am thankful for the good encounter (laughs)!
