I had some business in Yokohama and bought it at Sogo on my way home.
I was going to buy one bottle, but the clerk recommended it to me when I was hesitating.
I told her I was going to have sashimi (more tuna) to go with my sake, and she recommended this one.
I heard that this "brewed with isolated yeast" is rare.
The aroma is unique and somewhat weak. The taste was dry, with a hint of sweetness from the rice at the end. It was worth the consultation and went well with sashimi.
The reason this was recommended to me may have been due to the influence of the brewery by chance, but I am thankful for the good encounter (laughs)!
