I think it is the most typical sake among the three types we compared this time.
I felt it was too harsh, partly because the others were junmai ginjos.
Junmai Ginjo top secret
Tastes as described
Whether it is light or not, it is easy to drink but has a unique aftertaste that may not be to everyone's liking.
I guess this is the last local sake I will drink on this Fukuoka assignment.
I finally got around to opening this bottle I had bought some time ago. Please don't tell me it's the last one, but not in Fukuoka.
The taste is very mild, but the aroma in the nose is unique. I am sure this is delicious.
I'm drinking it without any entrée, but it's okay (laughs).
The limited edition of Toyo Bijin that I used to buy.
It smelled great from the moment I opened it.
It was sweet and very easy to drink, and the lingering rice flavor after drinking was exquisite.
This is a dangerous one.
With Kyushu's snacks
I first encountered it after the Great East Japan Earthquake when someone from Iwate gave it to me and drank it.
It tasted the same now as it did then.
It has a strong sweet sake taste, but I don't know if this is what nigori sake is like, since I don't drink it very often...
It was a delicious sake with the sweetness of the rice coming to the fore.
I bought it because it was cheaper at the supermarket.
I thought it would be Toyo Bijin and some other guy today, but I was curious and bought it, so I started with this one.
The taste is mellow, and I feel like it's been a while since I had a sake that gave me a round impression!
I bought it because it was cheap at the supermarket.
Maybe it's because it's been a little while, but I didn't really mind.
I had the impression that it was sweet and easy to drink.
The other day I gave up on sake when I chose Toyama sake.
I happened to see it at a discount, so I bought it.
I got the impression of a sweet and mild sake. I bought some sashimi, so the combination should be fine.
Obtained at a roadside station on the way to sightseeing in Yamaguchi.
I originally liked Toyo Bijin, and since it was a limited edition, I bought it.
It is sweet and very easy to drink. Personally, I think this is the first good sake I have had in a long time.
Today's second bottle.
Unlike the first bottle, I found it a bit hard to drink.
The aroma and taste are good, but something about it just doesn't work for me.
I happened to see this sake. I thought I've never had Toyama before, so I bought it.
It is sweet, easy to drink, and delicious.
When I tried to upload a photo, it didn't work, probably due to a bug in the app, so I gave up!
The first sake of the New Year.
Somehow I decided on this sake as the first one.
I hope I will be able to live well in this difficult world this year, just like this sake.
The sake had a mild taste with the sweetness of rice.
Like the Suzune I uploaded earlier, this one is also a memorable one.
The grade, etc. are different, but still good.
Was it aromatic, mellow, and delicious?
I got it on a trip to Kagoshima, and the storage conditions weren't great, so I wonder if it was actually tastier.
This is my favorite one in the Suzune series.
A senior colleague at work recommended Suzune to me, and it has been as early as 14 years since I got hooked on Normal (laugh).
Even if I drink it now, it tastes just as good as it did then.
It's the best sparkling sake I've ever had.
Today is Christmas Eve, so I opened it.
Purchased at a liquor store I stopped at during a trip to Kagoshima last month.
I had never seen it before and immediately decided to buy it when I saw the limited edition label.
I don't know how special it is because I haven't drunk that much Yukinobijin, but it tastes like a junmai sake...
It tasted almost like Junmai sake... It had a sourness and mildness to it.
The second sake from the home of shochu
The taste or flavor of rice, or something like that, seems to assert itself up front.
This is delicious, but I thought it might not be for me!
