柴田 直人I am traveling to Izu with friends, so I bought a bottle of Shizuoka local sake.
The aroma is there and the taste is mild and sweet. My impression is that it is a sweet sake and easy to drink.
It is just right for drinking at the end of today's trip and may not disturb you in an area with delicious seafood. しんしんSYIzakaya in Ito, a very popular izakaya, where reservations are not taken.
We took a dip in the heated pool, then soaked in the hot spring, and called to check availability.
At 7:00 p.m., they said there was still a waiting list of 10 groups.
We went to the hotel store and bought some sake we were interested in beforehand.
I asked the front desk to store it for me, promising to bring it back to my room when I got back.
After enjoying ourselves at the izakaya, we returned to the hotel and went back to the onsen (♨️).
Now, the long-awaited opening of the pre-purchased black bottle!
It is labeled as a sake made with wine yeast, so we had high expectations!
The sake was quite chilled, so when I put it in my mouth, it had a strong acidity.
The taste was reminiscent of white wine!
A light drink in the room!
Let's drink the rest at home!
Dashimaki Tamago (rolled egg) and grilled squid with pirates🦑🏴☠️ from an izakaya (Japanese bar)!
It was also delicious!
Ito's hot spring town after a long time!
It was a nice and relaxing town 🌇.
