I happened to be in Hokkaido, so I used this app to search for recommended sake that I could buy at supermarkets in Hokkaido, and this sake brewery's Kamikawa Taisetsu came up and I wanted to buy it, but they did not have it, so I bought another brand from the same brewery.
As a result, it was a winner. I chilled it with natural cold air and it was just right. It is a mild and sweet sake with a mild mouthfeel, although it does not have a strong aroma. Even so, I liked the lingering aftertaste that is unique to sake. The well-known saying "you can drink it like water" was true.
I would like to try other brands from this brewery, including this recommended one.
