This is a sake that I was going to drink at the inn when I went on a trip to Ikaho last month, but couldn't. The aroma wasn't very strong and the taste was sweet.
The aroma was not too strong, and the taste was sweet.
It has a sweet throat and even those who are not good at sake can enjoy it.
As usual, I served sashimi with it, but there was no problem.
