Kyoto Sake Drop Kick❽
Here's the last one (I drank too much 😓)
A little sweet, but with a clean aftertaste! Not too much alcohol, so even if you don't like sake, this is one you can drink 😬.
I'll join the Kyoto Sake Dropkick again next year 😤!
Kyoto Sake Drop Kick❼
Kumi no Ura here is a continuation of my post from last year😬.
It's still a delicious cup! At worst, it's plain, at best it's well-balanced 😋.
It may not be from a region you're familiar with, but I highly recommend you give it a try 😊.
Kyoto Sake Drop Kick ❻
There were two types available 😬.
The one with 81% polished rice was surprisingly robust, dark, rich and slightly peculiar with a unique taste 😊.
Kyoto Sake Drop Kick❺.
I think it's more cloudy this time...
I had a strong image of Iwami Ginzan, but this cloudy sake is also delicious 😋.
It's like makgeolli, you can really taste the rice, but with a clean aftertaste ✨.
Kyoto Sake Drop Kick ❹
Urashinomine" was cloudy, slightly effervescent, and had a clean, light taste 😬.
The rice was so delicious that we also ordered the regular unfiltered 🙃.
Kyoto Sake Drop Kick ❸
This is from a sake brewery in Toyama, but this is the first time I've had it😊.
Fruity, with a clean aftertaste! It was a sake with excellent total balance 😬.
Kyoto Sake Drop Kick
Here we come again this year! Unfortunately, it's raining a little, but we're going to enjoy it 😊.
The first one is "Tenmei". It is nigori sake, but no bubbles.
I received this ✨
It tastes like a white wine, but you can really taste the rice and it's a very refreshing bottle 😬.
Sorry for the messy background (it's at a friend's house lol)
Drinking at home
It is a light nigori sake 😬.
The slight effervescence smoothly pours over the moderate refreshing acidity and the sweetness of the rice ✨.
