Okunoto Shirakiku Special Junmai - Unfiltered Nama Sake Sake rice: Yatanishiki (Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture / Shirafuji Sake Brewery) Even though it is a nama-shu, it has a mature taste, and in terms of composition, it has the elegance of a junmai daiginjo. The slightly bitter, clean taste of Hachitan-nishiki, and later a pleasant sweetness that is typical of Shirakiku. Match it with delicacies from Noto🍶.
