Although the rice polishing ratio is 40%, it is labeled as Junmai Ginjo-shu. Is there a reason why it is not labeled as a daiginjo? The taste has a sense of rice and umami.
Since it is in cans, it can be stored in the freezer and made into a frozen drink. I forgot to take a picture of it, but it is refreshingly easy to drink and perfect for summer, even though it is 20% alcohol by volume.
A product limited to the Uonuma area. Whenever I visit Yuzawa area, I always buy this product.
Polishing ratio 60%. It is a reasonable pure rice Hakkaisan, but has a delicious flavor that I like.
