A bottle recommended by my boss. I knew the brand itself, but this was the first time I actually had a bottle in my hands. It was sweet and refreshing, and I could taste the rice flavor, making it a more relaxed "the delicious sake" than recent sake. I will have nigori next time ^_^.

A bottle recommended by the owner of a liquor store. It was a bottle recommended by the owner of a sake brewery. On the day it was uncorked, it was fruity but also stimulating, but the next day the gassiness was gone and it was mellow and delicious ^_^.
