Kamirai. Possibly the best tasting sake I've been drinking a lot lately. Is there fire in it? It has a fruity aroma, but it doesn't taste like that. It has a solid taste. It is delicious. I can't stop drinking it with unagi (eel) as a side dish. It is delicious.

Sake that was given to me. It is different from the common sake sparkling. It is not too sweet. It's a bit like sake, but with a refreshing sparkle. This is delicious.

According to the liquor store, this is the hottest sake and toji. I bought it out of curiosity. The label on the back of the bottle is a bit.... The taste is a little acidic. There is not much aroma. I imagined that people who like Shinmasa would drink it, even though I have never had that much Shinmasa.

It feels very hard at 18 degrees alcohol. Why add alcohol when it's a draft sake? It's too hard and I don't get the impression of much taste or aroma.

It was a bit like a refreshing sake from the southern part of Akita Prefecture. Not very impressive...

My 90 year old grandmother sent me a bottle of sake to celebrate my father's 70th birthday. I heard that a bottle costs about 20,000 yen. It is said that the sake is made by mixing Echino Kanme with special rice shochu and aged for two years. Is it water? Of course it's not bad, but it's not enough... But I drank the story of how much time and effort went into it.

Sake made by a liquor store near my parents' house for Hideyoshi. Probably for tourists. I don't have an impression of the taste at all, but I am sure it was a sweet, sticky sake like Shuyoji's. (I am not putting it down. (I'm not putting them down. I'm praising it.)

A limited edition product sold in collaboration with a liquor store I frequent and Kaze no Mori. The aroma of sweet and slightly sour fruits such as apples. It has a sour taste. But the label says it's melon rind. The rind! The taste is also strong, and the sake alone is enough. The rice polishing ratio is 80%. But there is no bitterness at all. This quality at a modest price. I always appreciate it.

Dashing which was delicious at a sushi restaurant I sometimes go to. I found hiyaoroshi and bought it. Delicious! It is fire-roasted but refreshing.

A gift. I had heard that Maoi Winery had started making sake, but it is made by a brewery in Hiroshima. I was too drunk to get an impression of the taste, but I'm sure it was delicious.

This is a rare Senju unblended sake. Naturally, it tastes fresher than the fire-aged Senju. Although the alcohol content is high at 19%, I didn't feel it much and drank it without hesitation.

It seems to be a sake made from French sake rice and brewed in a French brewery. It looks like a white wine if you ask me. It has a sour taste, but it is also tasty and refreshing.

Macho label - various labels, but I chose female. The rice polishing ratio is 80%, which is said to resemble protein. The taste is strong but refreshing. Delicious.

At a yakitori restaurant for one person only. Wine yeast, they say. Fire-brewed, but please keep it refrigerated. It is delicious. A little sweet and gorgeous sake, just what I like. It's Mutsu Hachisen, isn't it? Delicious. It's so good that I ordered another glass of the same thing! Of course it has acidity because it is wine. It's delicious. (I'm drunk.)

Sake from Nagasaki. It is said to be the most difficult sake to obtain nowadays (according to a liquor store owner). (According to the liquor store owner, it is the hardest to find sake in Nagasaki. It tastes like water and is a little sweet. It is delicious. The texture is slightly thick. This is another sake that is easy to drink. Probably goes with everything.

Tenka summer sake was very popular in our house last year. It seems it has been upgraded to junmai ginjo. I don't remember what it was last year... The taste is clean but has a strong flavor. The acidity is moderate. The aroma is hard to describe. Fruit? Flower? The aroma is not that strong. If you eat it with sashimi, chilled tofu, etc., a 4-gou bottle will be gone in no time. I wish they would serve it in 1 sho bottle. The price is a little over 1,800 yen for a four-pack, so it's a bit expensive.

Sake made by bottling, heating, and maturing in the bottle. It tastes like sake. It can be drunk cold, but it's not that good! It's not that great. It may taste better lukewarm or warmer.

I finally had a drink. The price was in the 6000 yen range with Riedel glasses. A bargain! Pithy feeling. It tastes thick and leaves a sweet and sour taste like berries. It tastes too rich to be served with a meal. I'd rather enjoy it by itself. I forgot to drink it with Riedel, which is an important extra. I have some left over, so I'll try again next time.
