I don't know if it was near the end or what, but it smells shochu-like. It's crisp, and the alcohol taste is spreading. But it also has sweetness and umami.
It's rather good. めぬA gift. I had heard that Maoi Winery had started making sake, but it is made by a brewery in Hiroshima. I was too drunk to get an impression of the taste, but I'm sure it was delicious. ゆずI chose the last all-you-can-drink today.
