I finally had a drink. The price was in the 6000 yen range with Riedel glasses. A bargain!
Pithy feeling. It tastes thick and leaves a sweet and sour taste like berries. It tastes too rich to be served with a meal. I'd rather enjoy it by itself.
I forgot to drink it with Riedel, which is an important extra. I have some left over, so I'll try again next time.
