The day before, a mature couple next to me was drinking the "world's most delicious" drink, so I ordered a handsome, super dry drink, but it was not as strong as I thought it would be and was deliciously refreshing 🦌.

It was a classic sake with a rich rice flavor and sweetness 😳.
The name "Shinbutsu Shuju" (Sake of the Shinto and Buddhist sects) gives a sense of Nara 🤣.

This is the sake I had decided to drink at Umasshu.
There are three bottles: Mae-oni, Koukaku, and Go-oni.
The Mae-oni is the husband and the Go-oni is the wife.
Ozunu is the childhood name of En no Gyoja, the founder of Shugendo.

The second restaurant I had always wanted to visit was "Nara no sakagura zenzoku nemu umashu" (Nara's sake breweries all drinking umashu).
