Polishing ratio 55%, Yamadanishiki 100%, 16%. When opened, it has a banana, cemedine-type aroma, and a tightly packed bitterness. After leaving it to sit, it became more rounded, giving the impression that it would go well with Japanese food in general.

Slightly effervescent, fresh fruity and sweet taste of nama-zake, with a bitter taste in the latter half. It is not too sweet, but has a robust flavor, and can be enjoyed on its own or with strong flavored food.

100% Yamada Nishiki, Polishing ratio 60%, 17 degrees There was a lot of miscellaneous flavors and bitterness, and even when heated, it did not taste as good as I liked. The taste is very different from what I imagined from the label. This may be the first Miyoshigiku I've had that I didn't like.
