100% Jushinmu produced in Fukuoka Prefecture, 50% polished rice, 15% alcohol When opened, the bottle is so fizzy that the stopper flies open on its own. It has a core apple-like flavor with a moderate sweetness. The end result is a pure white color with a fair amount of oriki (rice ooze).
