Surprisingly first time for Akabu. Quite aromatic and tasty for an autumn sake. It was recommended to me by everyone, but this one is delicious, I'm afraid. I will try the new sake as well.

I've never had an inner stopper fly out the moment I took the outer stopper off! I heard that it's still available at Yajima liquor store, so everyone should try it!

My favorite sake Umami, full-bodied with a clean aftertaste When I went back to my hometown, I found a bottle of this sake and bought it without a second thought. I guess it's the sake that a certain pirate said suits my skin...

While showing glimpses of juiciness, it is lighter than a pure sake ver, and has a good balance of acidity and sweetness, with a sharpness! While many Aizan shochu are biased toward sweetness, this one has a miraculous balance of "sweetness, deliciousness, and sharpness," which may seem like a contradiction at first glance.

Family Trip to Nasu Shiobara Highlands The children were happy, and my mother and father were happy too! I didn't know it when I was a child, but my parents used to entertain me in this way. I was tempted to try Houou Mita or Senkou, but I wanted to feel the local flavor. It has a good balance of alcoholic but fruity aroma and quality for 1540 yen!
