My favorite sake Umami, full-bodied with a clean aftertaste When I went back to my hometown, I found a bottle of this sake and bought it without a second thought. I guess it's the sake that a certain pirate said suits my skin...

While showing glimpses of juiciness, it is lighter than a pure sake ver, and has a good balance of acidity and sweetness, with a sharpness! While many Aizan shochu are biased toward sweetness, this one has a miraculous balance of "sweetness, deliciousness, and sharpness," which may seem like a contradiction at first glance.

Family Trip to Nasu Shiobara Highlands The children were happy, and my mother and father were happy too! I didn't know it when I was a child, but my parents used to entertain me in this way. I was tempted to try Houou Mita or Senkou, but I wanted to feel the local flavor. It has a good balance of alcoholic but fruity aroma and quality for 1540 yen!

Came to Ibaraki on a business trip. Good aroma, good sharpness, good aftertaste Full-bodied? No, but I enjoyed the sharpness. I may have become a fan of dry sake!
