Tochigi Utsunomiya Tochigikan Slightly dry. Aromatic. It has a long aftertaste. There is a legend in Utsunomiya City that when smallpox broke out in the past, yellow crucian carp were caught in the Tagawa River in the center of the city, and a sick man was cured after eating the fish.

Aichi Toyokawa Oshimaya Sold at Oshimaya, a liquor store established in 1838, located on the main approach to Toyokawa Inari (Toyokawa Pavilion Myogonji Temple). It contains Shikai-o. It has a clean taste for a regular sake. The sake smell is moderate. It has a good sharpness.
