Surprisingly, I chose Mujinzou because I don't remember drinking it. It has a slightly yellowish color, and I think the taste is more intense than any other Hokusetsu.
First day of my trip to Nagasaki. Unfortunately, there is no local Nagasaki sake at the restaurant! So we started with something I don't remember drinking. Kitayuki is a sweet sake that I like. It is easy to drink. Even my friend who is not good at drinking said it was delicious.
Sake given to me by a junior colleague in Niigata. It was a little hard to drink on its own? So I put a side dish I bought at Lawson's in my mouth, and then took the sake... and it became round in the mouth and very easy to drink! It's delicious! This is good. I thought it was a sake to enjoy the combination of other tastes rather than just the flavor of the sake. I served it with salted squid.
This is the one I got from the person who always massages me. Since all I talk about is sake, lol.
I was already happy to receive it.
It wasn't my type of sake, but it was sweet and sparkling, so I thought it would be easy to drink.
Happy New Year! The first sake of the year was Hatsukame, from Shizuoka, where I traveled. A lucky name. It is very sweet, like a juice. It was delicious. I hope to drink more this year than last year. The accompaniment is sashimori!
This sake was brought back from Suehiro Sake Brewery in Fukushima. It is a miscellaneous sake that is not pure sake, but the sake ingredient is made in-house. It is a sweet sour, but the flavor is sake. I think it is easier to drink than Mio as an introduction for people who do not drink sake.
You forgot to put a lot of stuff on here. I guess I don't have any more because it will be the last drinking party in front of Corona soon. I remember which party it was by the drinks. I don't remember the taste, though. What a waste!
We made it there as planned, Suehiro Sake Brewery! We were given a free tour and tasting at the end of the tour (including a limited edition hiyaoroshi sake for the fall season). You don't need a reservation, so if you are ever in Aizu, be sure to stop by. This sake has no peculiarities and is easy to drink. I like it. I can't stop drinking sake on my trips to Tohoku.
This is my first time drinking sake in aluminum cans. I am on a trip to Tohoku, and I was planning to take a sauna, so I held off on sake at dinner... I wanted to compare drinks since I was there. So I'm drinking Dewazakura alone after the onsen. It's crisp, unlike my usual taste. I feel like the water in the background tastes better.
Probably the second time in my life. I couldn't take a picture of the label before, so I'll record it. This restaurant has a lot of Yamaguchi sake, and after all, when I hear the word Yamaguchi, I have high expectations. I liked it because of its mild taste.
Extra dry is a great way to put it. It makes me feel self-conscious. They served it to us as a sake that goes well with chawanmushi (steamed egg custard).
Yes, it is dry. Ah, but there is an otter in the same Yamaguchi. It's my hall of fame, so I can't beat it... I can't help it because it's all about taste, but it's easy to drink though.
I liked it very much. It was sweet but refreshing (although lately I can't tell the difference between sweet and spicy anymore...). I was really happy to drink it with nodoguro sushi.
I got to go to my favorite buckwheat noodle shop in Corona that I haven't been able to get to in ages! The rice is still very tasty. And this Sanzenmori, which was not available before. I love it! I haven't had sake for a long time, but I could still taste the strong umami and the sharpness was very nice. It suddenly became one of my top 5. I don't have a picture of it because I don't have a bottle, but I want people who can't drink dry sake to try it (I'm a sweet sake drinker myself). If your tastes are similar to mine, I recommend it!
