Brewer Kuheiji‼︎ no~ cool! 🎉 Oumachi in gray behind the words Kuheiji! 🌾. It's already decidedly delicious! 🤩. I found it to be both sweet and spicy, a well-balanced and solid sake 😋I would like to drink it again and again when I have a more discerning palate 😊.

Secret Flower 🍸 which we received at Nihon Shu Tsubaki 🫢 is a bit rare sake even though it is Nanaken. I've been introduced to all kinds of delicious sake, but this one was exceptional too 😋 It was fruity and flowed down my throat so smoothly 😊.

Memorandum] I know this is a log, but at the first izakaya I went into in Tamachi, I asked the waiter for a recommendation and he said, "When we were young, this was the sake of our dreams." He recommended it to me 😊. I thought it was a mature sake with sweetness, firm rice flavor and spiciness 🍶I drank it a while ago, but I wanted to fill in Shizuoka on the map 😅.

I drank at Haneya a while ago, but I forgot to take a picture the first time I drank there, so I'm taking my revenge! ✌️ It's always a good drink 😋 It tasted fresh & fruity and very beautiful 🍸.

I saw it on Instagram from a nearby liquor store and went out to buy some 📷 It's a limited edition sake made with the hope that young people and women who don't like sake will like it too 🍸. It has a slightly sweet and gentle taste, and maybe it's the label, but it smells like cherry blossoms 🌸... 😊. I think Enayama tastes good no matter what you drink 🤗.

Pon, Enayama is one of the sake that got me interested in sake😊. I think it was Hidahomare Junmai Ginjo 🍾. Not many stores sell it, but I try to buy it if I can find it 😊.

The bottle was spawned as soon as it was opened! The cork flew up to the ceiling 🎉🤪 and I was so surprised that I couldn't check the aroma 😅. I was so surprised that I couldn't check the aroma 😅The sweetness that fills your mouth with a feeling of gas 😊A little bitterness and sourness behind the alcohol feeling with a little tanginess, but the sweetness like cotton candy lingers in the end... 🍧I personally enjoy it more than White! Memorandum] Here is the log 🙇. I had a glass of Hana-yoso at a izakaya in Tamachi 😁. The fruity and sweet taste spread in my mouth, with a good amount of umami and bitterness, it was more mellow than I expected 🍶It was very tasty 😋.

[Memorandum] This is a log 🙇. I drank this sake at a yakitori restaurant in Yokohama when I had a lot of delicious sake 🍶. I don't remember the taste of the sake because I drank a lot afterwards, but I think it was a very satisfying sake with an alcohol content of 19 degrees... 🙃.

I finally got around to opening the Red and White 🤭 that I had bought a while ago 😊I wasn't sure which one to open first, so I opened the White one 🎉. It was easy to drink and tasty as the previous reputation 👍It probably goes well with various dishes, but it was also good with pasta 🍝😋I think I'll go for Red as soon as I get free 🥂.

This is a log 🙇 of the No. 6 drink I had at the end of the year before last. No.6 sake I drank at the end of the year before last. it is already too major a sake to need any comment 👑. It was at a yakitori restaurant in Yokohama, but there was a wide variety of sake available, and it may have been the first time I recognized that sake is delicious 🥂! Sweet and tasty there too. It has a refreshing 🥂 flavor. And refreshing with a refreshing acidity that is typical of summer sake. ⛱️ I'm not sure if it's a good idea to make a new one, but it's a good idea. 😄

I was attracted to this sake by the label design and the history of the brewery. I felt a hint of sweetness in my mouth, but when I drank it, I also felt a good balance of bitter and pungent tastes. ☺️ I drank it by itself, but I am sure it is a food sake.

Hidakami, which I drank at a local izakaya when I was in Sendai. 🍶. It's supposed to be super dry, but it was rather refreshing and complemented the food moderately well, making it an easy to drink sake. 👍 Is it just me or does the Chinese "Hidakaya" sign look like "Hidakami"? 😅

I knew I had to drink it this time of year! I thought, I had to drink "Kabutomushi" 🪲. ☺️ I knew from everyone's comments that it was a delicious sake, but I have to admit that it's still delicious. ☺️ I thought it was very sweet, juicy and easy to drink, a sake that everyone can enjoy.

I went to a local liquor store to buy some True White and they just had ocean99 in stock so I jumped at the chance to buy it. 😅 It's really delicious, cold chrysanthemum. 🙂 Crispy, gassy and juicy like a rummy. 🥤. The fresh and gentle taste is a dangerous one that you can drink as much as you want. I have a feeling that Kangiku will be my axis for a while...

Very cool sake with a great name and label design! ☺️ I imagined it would have a clean taste from the looks of it, but it had a strong umami flavor. 💪. From the looks of it, it seemed expensive, but it was a bargain at ￥1,595 for a four-pack. I'm not sure how much I would have paid for it 💰💰.

I've been curious about Purple Space for a while: ☺️ I found a summer sake and jumped on it. I wish I could have had a chance to try it. I love this label design as well as the name. The color changes depending on how the light hits it. The first sip gives the impression of being fruity and very easy to drink ☺️. But after a few sips, you can taste the acidity and bitterness. It is very tasty every time you sip it a little or let it go down your throat. 🍶 I like to sip it a little bit at a time. That's how deep the flavor is. I heard that this is the first Nanbu Touji brewed by a female Touji. I would like to try other brands as well.

I tasted some of this sake at the brewery and found it quite tasty. It was slightly sweet and soft tasting. ☺️ I guess it is a limited edition sake for sake competitions as the brand name is not registered.
