Memorandum] I know this is a log, but at the first izakaya I went into in Tamachi, I asked the waiter for a recommendation and he said, "When we were young, this was the sake of our dreams." He recommended it to me 😊.
I thought it was a mature sake with sweetness, firm rice flavor and spiciness 🍶I drank it a while ago, but I wanted to fill in Shizuoka on the map 😅.
