Exclusive to Kangiku dealers. I heard it is the highest spec of made in Chiba. So no Mai 29% polished. Well, it tastes as good as it says. It is a sake full of confidence. The aroma is not very floral, and although it is a daiginjo, it has a refreshing, yet umami flavor. There is no bitterness, but it has a refreshing sharpness. There's also a nice acidity. It's good! I'll buy some if it's still available.
