Yum! A friend of a friend made this. Refreshing, slightly effervescent and low in alcohol, it is refreshing but also full of flavor! The four-pack bottle was sold out, and this was the last bottle available, but after much hesitation, I bought it. Nice decision. I was hesitant, but I bought it. I had meat and potatoes and squid with salted butter. Delicious! Thank you, friend of a friend!

Opened the bottle with a bouchette. Not much aroma, and when I drank it, it was refreshing grapefruit. Maybe it's the slight bitterness. It's delicious. Although it says "sparkling," it's not bubbly, but it's still refreshing. Fukkai is good. I liked it after drinking it at the store. This is my first sparkling wine.
