The aroma has the sweet aroma of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake that I prefer, and the taste is quaint and expands in the mouth as you drink it. I think it has been open for some time, but it was delicious.
It was the first type of sake I had ever had, with a strong impact on the appearance, aroma, and mouthfeel. It was the first time for me to drink kaiso-shu, but I wanted to try other kaiso-shu to see if they were like this.
I saw this liquor in one of Amapura's stone ones! Nice aroma with a hint of fragrance. Nice and smooth on the palate, and goes down your throat nicely! Delicious!
