★4.0】 I bought this with high expectations because it has a strong muscat aroma among Houou Mita. The hardness reminds me of muscat and green apple? However, it does not have a rich aroma, and I prefer Black Phoenix because it is richer and more fruity.

[★4.0 A tokemono. My guess is that the Junmai Daiginjo with in-house yeast we drank before is the main line, and this is another line in the lower price range. The taste is typical of Kubota, quite refreshing. It is definitely a stable wine to be paired with meals.

[5.0 Stars] It is about 10,000 yen for a bottle. It is quite an expensive sake. The velour-like fluff around the neck is so luxurious! LOL! I wouldn't buy such an expensive sake unless it's something extravagant. Unless it's something extravagant....like the sake I mentioned, lol! It's polished down to 35%, and there's zero miscellaneous flavors! It is clear and drinks like water, but has a strong umami flavor. It is a well-balanced sake that can be served alone or as a food sake. Putting aside the cost, it is very tasty!

[2.5 Purchased at a convenience store to commemorate my trip. At first, it was hard to drink, with a classical, or worse, alcoholic smell. But when I drank it with snacks, it became a little easier to drink, but it was still too strong. It seems to stay in the bottle for the next day, so I will drink it little by little.

5.0+] This is the first time for me to drink Jikin at home. I bought it in September and haven't been able to open it since 💦. But every time I opened the fridge, I enjoyed seeing the stock of Jikin with a grin on my face lol. Well, I'm sorry for the long preamble, but the bottle was finally opened for the year-end and New Year's holidays. Gentle on the palate. The sweetness comes out in full force, but it's not dull, and it goes down smoothly. The slight tanginess is a nice boost to the cleanness. Sweet, yummy! I drank it all down, thinking how happy I was to be able to drink this at home. It has a very strong sweetness, so it's not a food sake, but completely suited for a stand-alone drink. It was delicious!

[4.5 This is a gift from a friend. It is said to be made by a method called "flat milling" which can produce the same quality as highly milled rice even if the milling ratio is low. It tastes fresh. The aroma is like squeezed green apple. I had heard that the kanji was a classical dry type, but it is very fresh and fruity. The flavor is clear but also has a firm umami, probably due to the flattened rice polishing. I envy them, as it seems to be only available in Niigata Prefecture.

[★4.5 Aromatic. You can feel the full flavor of rice. Deep sweetness like brown sugar in a classical taste. It finishes with a slight bitterness while leaving a lingering aftertaste. When combined with smoked cheese, it shows a different face, becoming less classical and more refreshingly sweet. As the temperature rises... the aroma, umami, and sweetness increase, and it is delicious! I prefer it at room temperature, as it's too stiff when cold!

[*5] Suddenly, I wanted to drink Hanayo-Yoku for the first time in a while, so I went to my usual liquor store. Looking back, it's been about 10 months! It's been about 10 months since I've seen it! Hanayo-yoku x Yamadanishiki x Junmai Daiginjo = 3850 yen! That's about twice the price of Jun Gin class. The price has increased since last year⁉︎ I hesitate for a moment, but since I have a palate for Hanayo-yoku, and since I drank it last year, I'm sure it's good, so I buy it. It smells like pineapple and other tropical fruits. When I drank it, it was thick and thick, which is also a characteristic of Hanayo-Yoku. The first cup was hard to taste, but it opened up from the second cup and I was able to fully enjoy the aroma and sweetness. I have a feeling it's even better than last years! I have no complaints about the taste, but I could have been totally satisfied with the Jun Gin class... I also think it was too expensive lol. I can't complain about the taste, but I could have been totally satisfied with the Jun Gin class.

[★5] One of the legends of the sake club, Kubota's Manju. I've had the regular Manju a few times, but this is the first time I've had it made with our own yeast. I've had the regular Manju a few times, but this is the first time I've ever had it, or even heard of it. The price of Manju is good, isn't it? It's a Kubota, so I imagine it to be a Danrei. The aroma is the most gentle smell of freshly cooked rice ever. When I drank it, I thought it was refreshing, but it was a battery of sweet and savory flavor. It completely betrayed my image! The sweetness is like brown sugar and the mellow taste is like brandy. But it's not overpowering, and it's clean and crisp. It's delicious! The image of Kubota has been overturned in a good way! Kubota can make not only light but also mellow type, I want to drink it again!

[★5 This is a seasonal sake from Senkou that I buy whenever I find it. The aroma is typical of Senkou's lactic acid bacteria drinks. When you drink it, the fruity and sweetness of apples and muscats comes out unexpectedly. The usual sourness is low, and is only moderately felt in the aftertaste. Personally, I think it is similar to Hououmita black phoenix. It's refreshing, but it has a deep taste like an autumn sake, and it's really delicious!

[★5 I became a fan of Tenpui after drinking the Junmai Ginjo with the purple label. I bought this junmai-shu with high expectations... it's still delicious! It seems to be designed to be paired with food, so it's not too overpowering, but it's got a solid sweetness to it, and it's really good! It's right in the middle of the sweet and savory type of sake! It was a very satisfying bottle that complemented the meal. Next time I'll try the pink label Aizan♪!

[★3.5] I was traveling and didn't have the alcohol I was looking for, so I bought this instead. The first attack is a bit dusty with a peculiar alcohol smell, but it soon disappears and the rest of the beer is sharp like water, for better or worse. Personally, I'd like to see a little more flavor and mellowness, but at 14% alcohol, it's a drink I'd like to sip in the middle of the day in the summer.

[★4.5] It's the season of autumn sake. The first autumn sake is Mimurosugi's Hiyaoroshi! The aroma is ramune type. When you drink it, the aroma of Muscat comes through the nose. It is refreshing with a little sourness afterwards. It's not too aged, but it's soft on the palate. This is the stable taste of Mimurosugi! When I compared it with Senkou Senko Hanabi, a late summer sake, I found that Senko Hanabi was like lemon water.

After the sweet and sour taste, the sourness gradually stands out and disappears quickly with a little bitterness. It's just like the feeling you get after a fun summer vacation and before school or work starts. Either way, I can drink it forever without getting tired of it. After all, Senkou is good no matter what you drink.
