One of the legends of the sake club, Kubota's Manju.
I've had the regular Manju a few times, but this is the first time I've had it made with our own yeast. I've had the regular Manju a few times, but this is the first time I've ever had it, or even heard of it.
The price of Manju is good, isn't it?
It's a Kubota, so I imagine it to be a Danrei.
The aroma is the most gentle smell of freshly cooked rice ever.
When I drank it, I thought it was refreshing, but it was a battery of sweet and savory flavor. It completely betrayed my image!
The sweetness is like brown sugar and the mellow taste is like brandy.
But it's not overpowering, and it's clean and crisp. It's delicious!
The image of Kubota has been overturned in a good way!
Kubota can make not only light but also mellow type, I want to drink it again!
