Purchased at a sake brewery. This is a product made on Sasaichi day (March 31). It is said to be an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake that has not been watered down to 15 degrees. The taste is matured, but easy to drink. Delicious!

I went to Kamisuwa again and visited a sake brewery. We get Suiroku's Aragoshi Activated Nigori Nama Genshu. I didn't notice that it said "effervescent" lol! It's an aromatic, easy drinking nigori sake with a slight carbonation! It was sweet, but deeply flavorful and delicious! It was sweet but full of flavor and delicious!

It is mild on the palate when drunk as is, but tastes tangy and dry. When paired with salty foods, it becomes mellow and easy to drink! The mellowness that lingers on the palate, characteristic of nigorizake, is also delicious.
