I recommend this hiya-odori.
Many hiyaoroshi are easy to drink, but this is a robust sake. But this one is a bit heavier, but you can drink it easily. It is delicious.
I was curious about this sake at a nearby liquor store, so I made a reservation 🍶.
I couldn't drink the hot sake because I had to work that day, but I enjoyed it lukewarm! Delicious with the tofu from Okutama that I bought with it. It is good all-around whether you drink it hot or cold.

This is a product made on Sasaichi day (March 31).
It is said to be an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake that has not been watered down to 15 degrees.
The taste is matured, but easy to drink. Delicious!
