I went to Kamisuwa again and visited a sake brewery. We get Suiroku's Aragoshi Activated Nigori Nama Genshu. I didn't notice that it said "effervescent" lol! It's an aromatic, easy drinking nigori sake with a slight carbonation! It was sweet, but deeply flavorful and delicious! It was sweet but full of flavor and delicious!

It is mild on the palate when drunk as is, but tastes tangy and dry. When paired with salty foods, it becomes mellow and easy to drink! The mellowness that lingers on the palate, characteristic of nigorizake, is also delicious.

We visited Ishikawa Sake Brewery and went to Shokudo no Ishikawa. We had Tamanoman's Junmai Ginjo and Tama no Kei's Junmai Ginjo. Tamanoman's Junmai Ginjo has a little spiciness, but the throat is refreshing. The Tama no Kei has a strength of peculiarity that is not like Junmai Ginjo. I think I prefer the Tama boast ☺︎. The atmosphere at the restaurant was great, and we enjoyed a quick drink!

I went to the sake brewery◎ It's refreshing and easy to drink! It's also good if you pair it with salted squid to give it a little spiciness! The president is from Hachioji, so it's nice to be from the same town! It's only one cup, but It's a one-cup bottle, but it's a junmai ginjo without brewed alcohol because they want you to be able to drink a good sake on the train on the way home. I love that spirit!

Happy New Year! Our first sake of 2021 is Yuriage, which we bought on our trip to Sendai. The taste is so sweet and soft, it's like it's not pure rice wine! It gets spicy when paired with sashimi, and even spicier when the sake is chilled! It was a delicious and easy to drink sake.
