It is a umami sake with a strong alcoholic taste and a crisp, clean aftertaste. I think it is easy to match with meals. This sake was featured in a movie called "Yuru Camp△" and in the movie it was said to go well with nabe. I also drank it while eating nabe at camp, and it was delicious.
I bought mine today!
After watching Yuru Camp△, I went to Hiroi Sake Store to buy it! I also talked to the owner and took some pictures inside the shop with my camera!
It's dry, so it's different from the sake I usually drink, but I think I'll try it with nabe...
Thank you for your comment, Kissi. I'm sorry it took me so long to react.
I bought it by mail order, so now I want to go to the Hiroi sake shop to buy it. Let's enjoy the feeling of Gubi sister each other.
This sake was given to me by a drinking friend on New Year's Day. It has a sour taste like yogurt and melon, but the aftertaste is clean and crisp. You can drink it easily, but be careful not to drink too much because the alcohol is 19 degrees.
It is made by Maruishi Zwing, which is well known for its two rabbits. The taste is gorgeous but the aftertaste is refreshing and good for a mid-meal drink.
This is a sake made from "Ginbuketsu" rice from Saga Prefecture. You can feel the sourness of the Yamaboshi brewing process. You can feel the alcohol in the aftertaste.
