Nagano Prefecture Special Junmai Sake Hiyoroshi Polishing ratio 59 Alcohol 15%. Rice: 100% Miyamanishiki The bitter dry taste is somewhat nostalgic. It has a strong alcoholic taste and goes well with strongly seasoned food such as salted fish. A sake to be enjoyed long into the night.

A bottle of Shinshu's local sake drinking set. I bought it at an Aeon store in Kiso when I went for a drive to Kaida Kogen. The aroma is weak and the taste is dry and light. The aroma is weak, and it is dry and light. It's a dry, light type of sake, drinkable in general. I would rather drink it warmed than chilled. I am considering buying Junmai sake at a sake brewery in Ookwa village next time.
