There is a hidden sake 🍶 on the menu at an izakaya! I asked about it and found out it was Kaze no Mori✨.
It was fruity, easy to drink and very tasty!
This is my second bottle of Kaze no Mori!
Next time I want to try ALPHA 1 ✨!

Low alcohol content, easy to drink but with a strong acidity! A little aroma of grapes!

Mori Sake Brewery in Hirado, Nagasaki.
The brewery is located in Hirado City, Nagasaki.
I like to look at the label on the back while drinking, it's fun to see the nice words on it and imagine what the brewer is thinking ✨.

This is the second bottle of Nabeshima!
My husband likes this sake, so I jumped on the bandwagon and drank it too.
My throat was burning and I felt like I was drinking sake 😅! I felt it😅.
I wanted to stop by the brewery when I went back home for Obon, but somehow I ended up in the wrong place,
I was disappointed to find out later that it was one street behind the brewery 😓.
The next time I go back home will be at New Year's, so I'll save it for the next time...

Toichi is a local sake and my husband loves it.
It's a refreshing summer sake.
It has a strong alcoholic taste and makes you feel a rush!
Hmmm...I like sweet sake.

I've been avoiding dry sake because I thought I wouldn't like it, but I guess it's easier to drink dry sake in the summer when it's refreshing 🤔.
Sake is really interesting and I never get tired of it!
Today's sake accompaniment is the grilled shiitake mushrooms with cheese, which I've been really into lately.
I can eat as many as I want!
I'm thankful to my husband for all the delicious food he cooks for me and I'm going to enjoy it. ☺️

Handmade gyoza (dumplings) to accompany the sake.
As a sake novice & weak drinker, I found it to be very high in alcohol content and my throat felt hot when I drank it.
It tastes best when it is cooled down to a crisp!
