A type of sake I have never had before. And the taste. I don't know how to describe it... At first....my throat goes "kaaaaa"! I don't know what it tastes like. I don't know what it tastes like. You need to drink water! Also, I like it on the rocks with ice!

My first Nabeshima! The one I've always wanted to try because it's a local sake! Handmade gyoza (dumplings) to accompany the sake. As a sake novice & weak drinker, I found it to be very high in alcohol content and my throat felt hot when I drank it. It tastes best when it is cooled down to a crisp! I felt the alcohol taste was stronger when it was lukewarm...

Thanks for your comment! For a sake beginner, I think you have to have a washi water! I always want to be able to enjoy various flavors of sake 😅.

Abeno Summer Sake. It is a summer sake and is refreshing. It's easy to drink, but I think it's more alcoholic than other Abeno sake (sake beginner). I don't know much about sake, but I know it is refreshing!

My first Kaze no Mori. It was a bit high for a sake beginner, but the more I drank, the more delicious it tasted. It tastes great on the rocks with ice! You need to drink some warming water.
