I've been avoiding dry sake because I thought I wouldn't like it, but I guess it's easier to drink dry sake in the summer when it's refreshing 🤔.
Sake is really interesting and I never get tired of it!
Today's sake accompaniment is the grilled shiitake mushrooms with cheese, which I've been really into lately.
I can eat as many as I want!
I'm thankful to my husband for all the delicious food he cooks for me and I'm going to enjoy it. ☺️

As a sake novice & weak drinker, I found it to be very high in alcohol content and my throat felt hot when I drank it.
