Daiginjo Hiroshima Yeast
The last one of this year. I went to a liquor store to buy something else, and without knowing anything about it, I came across this black Jyosu Mori. It's over 3,000 yen, but it's the end of the year, so I had to buy it! I bought it. When I paid the bill, the owner told me that this was not muddy, so I was a little upset.
When I drank it, it was dry. I understood why he said it was easy to match with meals. I don't think you should buy this if you are looking for a white Jyosu Mori.
