I decided on this bottle after tasting it thoroughly, and not just by words.
Mr. Takagi, the toji (master brewer), advised me to let the sake slowly return to room temperature.
I was right on Mr. Takagi's advice that it was fragrant and nice,
I am enjoying it slowly at SHUWAN (^O^)
