It tastes light, round and gentle. It's non-habit forming, perfect for a mealtime drink, and it even looks kind of good for you 😂.
It's so sweet that it has the same font as "Niidashi zenshuu" 🐸💧✨.
With Hanami sake. It was my favorite plum wine I've ever had...! It's not too sweet, but has a rich, plum flavor that makes it easy to drink. There is one large plum in the bottle.
I heard that it was made by a female toji with the hope that it would be enjoyed by women in particular. I would recommend it to those who are not familiar with sake and to sake drinkers who do not like sweet sake!
A post from a while ago. This one was featured at a dinner at the G7 Hiroshima Summit ✨.
It's sparkling, so the alcohol content is low, but the flavor is robust and sweet. It was very satisfying 🍾.
One of Suehiro's simple series.
I thought it would be better to pair it with sweets rather than meals due to its strong sweetness, so I also paired it with cheesecake, but the conclusion soy sauce ramen went best with it 😂.
Personally, I found it sweeter than the "Amai Suehiro" from the same series 🤔.
This is one of the sake cups I got on my trip to Fukushima.
I thought it would have a strong aroma when I first drank it, but it has a sweetness that goes well with Kitakata ramen! But it can also be enjoyed on its own.
I would like to repeat this if I can find it again 🍜.
Sake degree +1.5, Sugar degree 1.4
This was my first attempt at a sake that uses wine yeast.
I was impressed by its banana-like aroma and sweetness.
I think it would go well with dessert, but it was also refreshing and delicious as a food wine.
(pictured is onion slices 😂)
I got it because it was sold as a local cup sake at the Amanohashidate souvenir store! Hooray for big dry sake!
It said it was recommended to be heated, but the aroma made me think "this is a delicious one" and I couldn't resist, so I had it 70% cold and 30% lukewarm.
The aroma was fruity, but when you put it in your mouth, you couldn't feel the aroma, it was crisp and the aftertaste was quite refreshing!
Both were delicious, but I should have had them warmed up a little more...!
Floating puffer fins would be so delicious that they would fly 🐡🪽.
Uji green tea from Kyoto's famous teahouse, Kyuemon Ito, is made into sake!
It is 9% and sweet, so I recommend it after dinner.
I liked it because I could feel the matcha 🍵.
A limited edition sake from the annual Saijo Sake Festival held at a sake brewery in Higashi-Hiroshima (Saijo).
It is a clear, dry sake that goes well with sashimi.
I stopped by a liquor store on my way home from a drinking session and saw a limited edition, so I bought it on the spur of the moment.
The mouthfeel is refreshing, but it gives a full impression. Slightly dry and slightly light.
It certainly went well with the white bean paste that was recommended.
