With Hanami sake. It was my favorite plum wine I've ever had...! It's not too sweet, but has a rich, plum flavor that makes it easy to drink. There is one large plum in the bottle.
I heard that it was made by a female toji with the hope that it would be enjoyed by women in particular. I would recommend it to those who are not familiar with sake and to sake drinkers who do not like sweet sake!
